Default I need some help with a civc si question

Im in the army right now training...anyway im new to the import scene and when i get back i want to get a 99-00 civic si, when i get the si i was thinking about replacing the bottom end with a 2.0 liter, i was talking to a guy in the berracks and he said that you can get some bad *** bottom ends from people on here that are sleeved and the whole nine. First i would like to know if its a good idea to replace the bottom and if so which one should i get? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

lots of possibilities but they can be very expensive...
Since your new to this and dont know alot about the honda engines,id suggest getting a bottom end built by a reputable shop such as http://www.importbuilders.com...
Hope you have some cash saved up...Also you know the older civics are a bit lighter and you will be faster in one of those...
