About Projectors
Hey people...
I am interested in finding out exactly what makes Projector style headlights different or better than the other OEM style. I am not sure of anything about them other than I wouldn't mind getting a 1-piece black set for my sedan, and coupling them with the best plug and play bulbs available so I can have the best lighting for my effort.
So what are projector lights all about and what's the best bulb make to get? Right now I have some Sylvania XtraVisions in my OEM cases.'
Thanks.

lol, its ok mang - it could be worse. Well, upgrading to projectors would improve lighting a little bit, not much (from personal experience). The aftermarket ones can also be a pain to aim (not too difficult tho). There are a lot of people buying the aftermarket projector headlights and retrofitting OEM projector HIDs into them (taking the headlight apart and replacing the actual projector that comes with the headlight with an HID one). That method tho, is not for the faint hearted (I already did 3 different headlights, including my own). As far as the projectors, they'll light up the road a little bit better, it'll focus the light along a cutoff line, but the output of the halogens will be a little bit limited. Your current setup would be sufficient, unless you upgrade to HID's which I would recommend getting the aftermarket headlights and retrofitting OEM HID projectors (Audi, BMW, etc...). Hope that helps some. PS. If I'm wrong on anything, someone just jump in and lemme know, thanks.
