Default wearing your jacket

I've noticed people who wear their leather riding jacket when they AREN'T riding. Like for example, one of my manager's wears his to work almost every day.

Anybody ever do this?

I always thought you were kinda a t00l if you did, but i guesss all the protection is one way to make you look jacked

I won't wear my Joe Rocket textile, but if I had a nice Vanson leather or something I would possibly wear it around.

It's nice to have a jacket you can do double-duty in. I have a moto-style jacket from Banana Republic that actually works pretty well.

A Vanson (Stallion) would probably get you laid just by wearing it around... if you were into that kinda thing.

I have a moto style one cause I needed a warm jacket and it was on sale for $120. Its black with a maroon/reddish stripe from the shoulders down the arms. I heart it.

I could see if it's a nice solid colored leather jacket, yeah I'd wear that around. But if it had logos like Yamaha, Honda, etc I think it would look st00pid.

I agree with above. It also depends on how much padding the jacket has. IF its got a lot of padding and what not then I think it looks kind of stupid.

I had a friend of a friend who'd wear his around all the time. It had a couple of big logo's on it, too (can't remember which company). The funny thing was, he didn't even ride.

I'd wear my jacket out but it is too hot to be wearing it around now....well not too hot yet. Oh once it starts getting hot out, I am not wearing my leather jacket to work anymore but I do tuck my tie in my shirt so it doesn't get all fugged up and sheat like in them Nissan commercials. I did once, and my junx was shredded and it was coming apart....my tie that is.
