Kill switches, pull the ecu and take it with you, etc. However, if a theif wants your car they will get it. A buddy of mine had his hatch stolen while in the middle of his swap. The theives just towed it with a flatbed.

I was just thinking about this the other day......Using the rf technology in the new lexus to detect driver fignerprints and what not....What about that intergrated inot shaved door handles....And changing out the master cylinder for the lock and using the new laser cut keys and **** from the new Civics. Oh well it's just a thought....I want to maek it happen, but i don't have the time to sit and play with lexus and mercedes door handles...nor change out the locks from a new civic. I still say cramming a bodyguy in the back would solve all problems.....

That's how it is sometimes with older cars because the locks and keys get worn down. I could unlock and start my friend's 87 BMW 325eS with my worn BMW key if I play with it a bit.

haha... thats even funnier. Why yes, i'v had many things stolen from me. but damn, i mean its funny because people are really desprite for stuff. Don't worry, i would be pissed also( i have been when stuff got stolen), but, it could be worse, so look on the bright side.
they've been selling master keys for hondas for the longest time .. no need to be anymore concerned then you all ready are. if someone really wants it, they are going to get it .. i only wish you luck
Doesn't even matter if they use a key or not, even if you had hella nice key cylinders from a lexus with fingerprint tech.....all it takes is 2 flathead screwdrives, one arm,a window, and less then a minute.I've locked my keys in my car many a time
Have you guys ever even taken apart a lock from a Honda CRX? They are just a simple tumbler set. They are not setup to accept a "master key" that will unlock any CRX. The reason why some keys work in other people's cars is because of wear and tear on the locks. Often, a lot of older car's locks have been the victim of punk kids with screwdrivers. If the lock is damaged, a lot of the time almost any key that will fit in the slot will unlock the door.
We recenlty had a import show last week called import motion. And some racing cars got stolen from the parking lot. Stealing cars at a car show's parking lot? when you think of it, it's impossible but people will do it.
