Default cam gears 180 degrees off, ---> No engine start??

k,

here's the scenario, if your cam gears are 180 degrees out of phase in relation to the TDC mark on the crank pulley, will your engine be unable to start??

I recently took off my timing belt to get to the head studs and when put everything back together, my car won't start.. I"ve checked everything and that seems to be the last thing that I can think of that is keeping my engine from turning over..

Help me out please..
