i just replaced my ls cluster with my gsr cluster from my totalled car and the gas needle keeps dropping to E.

ill remove the cluster and put it back to F and itll still drop to E

filled up full tank of gas and the needle wont move...

any comments/replies would be helpful thanks

 

i have this problem in my Si Cluster, i even changed the cluster, it still stays E, its gay, for now i just fill up every 200 miles, i jus figuered thast a safe mark to fill up..i wish i could figure out how to fix it though, but for me it could be something to do inside the tank

 

what sucks worst is they dont make 88-89 hf fuel sending units no more...my car i have to fill up 150 miles because of fuel pump

 

figured it out the electrical dont match since my gsr integ was a 96 and my new ls is a 98 and the electricals are different from 94-97 then the 98-01 so thats why the gas and the seatbelt wires are diff unless i wanna bust my *** rewire i mgiht as well sell my ls cluster and get a 98 gsr cluster thanks though for the replies
