Just wondering what your opinions are on Leather Vs. Fabric racing seats?
which are best for Cali weather?

 

i love my leather, but if was into autocrossing or racing, i would definitely opt for some racing seats because leather is slippery on tight turns
for cali weather, i dont think cloth or racing seats are a bad idea since leather gets a little hot in the sun.

 

I lov leather, but in cali get your windows tinted or you will burn in the summer! Cloth is fine also, but it depends on the seat. MOST race seats are a combination of cloth and synthetic materials(like leather) though, so go with that.

 

for a racing seat, i would say go for comfort and stability. leather tends to be more slippery as cloth will help to keep you in place. plus leather has to be maintained, or it will dry, fade, and crack.
streetimports.com sells copies of recaros (among others) in cloth, leather, and synthetic.
btw, although there is synthetic leather (which i assume you meant), leather is not a synthetic material.

 

ya i would get the synthetic leather if i get lthe leather seats...
i think ill stick with the fake leather racing seats to complete the car already with rear leathers, but now i need tints lol
