Default Newbie here, HELP

Im a newbie to this forum, i dont post much, time is the main reason. But it looks like i been missing out on alot of help.

I bought a CRX, my battery would drain out in a matter of 30 min to an hour. So i had to disconnect the battery everytime i parked the car for more then 30 + min. So one day i finally got tired if it and i looked around the engine bay and under the dash and i found bunch of bunches of wires. It had three alarm brains and wiring (i dont know why) I swear there was more then 140+ wires under the carpet and dash it was shocking. So i finally got it all out...and of course... the car didnt start (because the alarm is usally hooked up to the ignition wires by the steering colum) So i started to trouble shoot, i finally found the wires and got it running. Everything is working fine if not better. But my wires under the dash cover looks messed up. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of what it is suppose to look like under there. (Like a wiring diagram that says the color and location and operation) Also what is a good way to connect them? Butt connectors ? Or is there something that works better?

Thanks for the help.

Get a helms, and no butt connectors... use a soldering iron and some heatshrink.
