I missed the first showing, so I'm all set to watch the repeat of qualifying, and then I see it's on tomarrow. What happened to same day repeats? lol

Damn, Dale Pulde just missed qualifying again. That sucks. I know the day he qualifies for a race he's gonna win. lol.

 

I'll be there for Sunday eliminations! Records were dropping all day today!

Erica Enders. I actually saw that one movie about her on the Disney channel. haha. You dont get to see Drag Racing movies everyday.

 

Oh yeah. Definatly good to see drag racing on TV again. Jim Yates ran a 6.699 which was a P/S record at Pomona. NDRA starts at the end of March!

I would love to see Steph or Titan make some exhabation passes agains some prostock cars. Wasnt shaun carlson driving a pro stock car last year?

Not side by side but if you check out the Xtreme Rush races you'll get a good idea of what would happen. If I remember correctly in TX the fastest pro-stocks where going 6.85. The Copper celica went 6.6X 4 times in a row. Things are getting closer now but the difference between the cars makes this sort of race pointless.

all we can do is hope so, but i doubt it... if you watched todays elimination rounds, they didnt even show pro stock bike class...

both fuel class had the new guys holding it down.

look for vandergriff to start a good showing this year.

 

Jim Yates taking the number one spot in qualifying was pretty impressive since he has no big sponsor. But he lost in the second round. What about W.J. treeing Kurt.

 

15 grand per weekend to lease a steve schmidt motor better get you a #1 qualifier position.

 

This was one of the better races that I've seen in awhile. I couldn't believe that all three of Forces cars were out in the first round. Also I was suprised to see Caps driving for Brut. I didn't know that he made an off season team change.

Maybe next time, the motor can carry him more then 1 round for 15 grand huh?
