Default B&M Shift Stabilizer Kit - Great mod/comfort

B&M "Shift Stabilizer Kit".

My car's shifter has always felt notchier (which I like - reminds me of my old RX-7) and has been closer to the ebrake than the dash. After changing the clutch/flywheel this weekend we misalligned the extension rod {previous owner installed this kit - I didn't know it existed} Now I know why - and I just changed my position back today

Data (measure top of ashtry to front of shiftknob@top of boot) in 3rd/N/4th:
Old: (5") (6 1/2") (7 7/8")
New: (7 1/4") (8 1/2") (10")

Now the shifter is much more comfortable and easy to reach.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PURCHASE!!!!! - I've got 78,000 miles & never had a problem with it. Afterall $50 makes for a good gift!!

I know this is back from the dead, but does this kit get rid of vibration? I would like to get ride of that, and bring my shifter closer to me...
