ummm i thought hondata did not support OBDII ecus, and i have never heard of an OBDII p28????
not that im flaming you or anything, i may just be dumb, but though it was impossible to chip an OBDII ecu

It is a p28 except the wiring part was modified by Hondata to accept obdII as a direct plug in; hence, no wiring harness required [obdII-->obdI].
