Your best bet is to go with a mobile window installer...they have all the tools and are experienced. I had all my windows taken out.....painted the car...and the same installer reinstalled the windows! It should cost less than $50 for the whole process.
You need to unbolt the two (2) hinges hidden inside of the ceiling cover. To get to these hinges you have to first remove a horizontal rubber piece along the edge of the ceiling close to the hatch. Once that is out, jus pulled down on the ceiling cover and the hinges will be all yours to play with.
Oh yeah, dont forget to remove the plastic piece on the inside of the hatch that covers the rear windshield wiper motor, you will need to take that off in order to dissconnect the rear defrost wiring etc etc. And if you have a 98+ integ there will be additional wires for the rear hatch lever. Make sure you disconnect all these wires first, or else you will find yourself having to disconnect them while having someone else hold that heavy *** hatch. After they have been removed, pulled them out from the top upper right corner of the hatch and make sure the hatch has no wires tied to it, this way, after you disconnect the rear hydraulics and the hinges it will be an easy removal. Let me know if you need some pics.
