Default Omnipower rear shim kit install

How do I install the Omnipower rear shim kit?

I was just looking at my rear suspension the other day and couldn't figure it out.

Search came up with nothing.

Look at your rear upper control arm, there are 2 bolts that go into the body, those are the bolts that you take out and replace with the bolts they give you, you put the washers in between the control arm and the body. Same goes for the other side

Camber gauge.

Remove Upper Control arm from the trailing arm when you are removing/reinstalling those bolts - you are much less likely to crossthread them this way.

Won't that push the upper control arm outwards creating positive camber? That's kinda the opposite of what I want

Thats the only thing shimming the rear UCA is good for.

Well then you need adjustable upper control arms instead of the shim kit, like these :

This is a set of Ingalls adjustable arms btw.

The Omni rear shim kit also comes with extra bolts. Why use these instead of the stock bolts?

It doesn't matter which ones you use.

because they are longer than stock (youre adding washers so you need more length)

i dont know why the hell anyone would pay $15 for 4 bolts and 12 washers though. sack up an get your *** to home depot.

Put it on, drive it to the alignment shop, show them where to adjust it and you're set.

Aligning a car by eye = more or less impossible.
