Default Header question..

What would you guys do if you were in my shoes, and needed new headers
obx SS, new 4-2-1 for 160$
or Used DC Sports 4-1 ceramic for 150?

Personally, I would go SS over ceramic for a $10 price difference and the gap between new and used. OBX isn't that bad.

dc is much better, try lowering the price on the used header. hell it is used after all!
oh another thing, ive heard good things about megen racing on this board and their header sells for around the same price. in the 160 range.
anyhow good luck

I had the OBX ss header on my single cam. Had no problems with it at all. DC makes a nice header also. I think it should come down to if you want the 4-2-1 design or 4-1

thats too bad, i was pretty happy with my cat-back, but oh well. Well in a lil 1.6L do you think 4-2-1 is better or a 4-1 design?

Seconded. I bought a used DC header and it is still holding up well.

so used dc 4-1 over new obx 4-2-1 sounds fair enough, but also another qustion, i have a vis big vent hood, and the scoops right over the header, so when it rains thats where it goes, so can the ceramic hold up to the dramatic temp change?
