Will having the fenders rolled be my best bet if I want to take advantage of lowering the car slightly? I don't have a problem removing the fender liner either.
How much does it usually cost to have the fenders rolled?

If you roll your fenders the paint is going to crack at the edge. This area will rust quickly if you drive in the rain.
If you roll fenders - you should also factor in the cost of repainting them

Are you prepping for that showdown w/the allmighty Vr-4?
I have rubbing issues w/205 azenis on +38 wheels.. My car is lowered quite a bit w/GC/Koni setup though...
Perhaps you should just take your fenders off

I was not able to run a 225 hoosier on my car. The 225 fit more like a standard 245ish.
I use to have a picture of 205 hoosier stacked next to 225 kuhmos and they where the same height.

Yes you will need to do somthing both front and rear... I cut the lip completely off my front fenders, and pounded the seam down on the rear quarter.
Also, if you fold the lip over in front, use a piece of Mig wire or the like and place it inside the seam to get a consistant, more paint-friendly edge. It won't crack nearly as easily.
