Default Exhaust opinion...what should i do?

Currently i have the amuse dual r1. I plan on going the FI route this summer, or next winter. I want to run a single exhaust streight back when i go FI. So here is what i am thinking...

Amuse r1000. Its a header back system, made for FI.

Now here is the problem. Do i keep my dual amuse and run it with the SC for a little, or do i sell it now, buy the r1000, and live with it untill i get the SC?

I love the system i have now. I just can't figure out if i will regret selling it for the r1000, or if i will like the r1000 more. No one around here has an r1000 for me to sample at all. What do you guys think?

I think you should run your current dual and see how it goes. Sideways problem might have been a isolated situation. If you want single, go T1R 70mm. I want to try their new dual when it comes out.

i would never buy a t1r. i hear too many bad things about them.

anyway, im gonna keep the dual amuse until i can decide. no point rushing the decision.

Jacckson, its not only sideways problem that bothers me, but a few other s2ki members have noticed the resonator will eventually make noise due to the vibration.

i mainly want the r1000 over my dual r1 because i want to add a streight pipe to my S, and the r1000 is a header back

i mainly hear the fitment is a issue. i also hear rumors about ratteling, and quality (but supposedly they replace their mistakes).

anyway Nishant, get what you want. some of the ballers are running t1r on s2ki, so it can't be too bad. the hp increae is supposed to be sick too. sometimes you can't trust what others say. all im doing is repeating things i read online.

Buy one depending on the sound. HPs all the same unless you get a combo.

My resonator hits my heat shield on my Spugen. It sounds like crap, but I haven't felt like fixing it yet. It takes all of 10 minutes. I'm either taking off the heat shield or I'm wrapping the mid pipe of the exhaust in heat wrap to shut it up. It only does it after the car is semi-warm.
