Is there anywhere else besides LACR to drag your car, within an hour or so from Los Angeles?

California Speedway in Fontana.

 

Is that a good track? Where's Fontana in relation to SF Valley?

Fontana has bad traction...especially w/ street tires. Try pomona

 

Check out Irwindale speedway... I think the site is http://www.irwindalespeedway.com...
they have only a 1/8 mile.. but it's good for practicing your 60' and your reaction time.. they open the track in feburary.. so check it out

not a very nice track but, you can try Carlsbad raceway which is in San Diego county.
