Light harnesses for 5th Gen JDM headlights

Light harnesses for 5th Gen JDM headlights

I've searched endlessly for the answer to this question, yet there seems to be no solid answer.
For genuine 5th gen JDM headlights, I know I need different wiring harnesses. What isn't clear is which ones I need.
Do I need two H1 harnesses and two H4s?
Also, which models can I find these harnesses on? I'm under the impression that both Civics and Integras have them. Or are there any ideas where I can buy them from?
