well from some other posts i found out i'm missing the spring pin. I called the Honda dealer and they want $22 for one that is for a civic. I have a B18 swap with the integrea shift linkage but i'm assuming the spring pin would be the same dont you think?? Also, can anyone think of an alternative to the spring pin that would work the same and stop the play in the shifter? I already know a bolt and nut wont work since thats what is in there now

 

I got mine from a Honda salvage yard... the guy just gave it to me because he saw that I had just a bolt in there and he musta felt sorry for me or something...

I hope you can re-use them because mine was out of another car... works fine though

 

how does the spring pin actually work then? i'm tryin to find an alternate solution, if not i may have to do what you did

 

Go to Home Depot or Lowes and look in the hardware section where the specialized fastener drawers are. They usually have a number of spring pin sizes available.
