Sorry to post this question in here but i wanted a response from B18c5 owners since that is the motor i am running also. Does your catch can return line(if clear) to the Intake manifold have like some light yellow film in there. It seems like its just at the beginning of the return line and dies out way before the manifold. IF so what does it smell like and is it normal? I have my catch can between the black box on back of block and PCV going back to the IM.

In other words...black box-----catch can----pcv-----IM.

i think it is normal but just wanted to see if maybe i'm getting excessive amounts of blowby. the catch can is baffled but just checking.
