I had a header rattle and this occured rite after I installed it and I found out that this was coming from the bracket near the 02 sensor. Well, I tried tightening that bracket and snapped the bolt so I took off that bracket completely of the car. Is it ok to run the car without that bracket? This is for my 00 Si btw. Thanks.

 

my opinion, no, because it will put added stress on your studs where you're header mounts to your head giving them a higher chance of breaking.

 

Hrmmm ic..i'll probably try to get a new bracket then..thanks.

Do you have a gasket between the header and the cat?

 

I agree with DelSolDon. Go to a dealership or http://www.majestichonda.com and find the part.
