Default SMSP Header ordered today! (which exhaust)

ugh wait!!! cant wait!!! lol!

anyway I was looking for some suggestions on exhausts.

All of the greddy and apexi ect ect are a bit smaller than 2.5" ... would it be better to get actual 2.5" piping and then get a muffler for it?

I have a jdm type r engine and plan on getting cams (skunk2 stage 2 or BC spec 4)

otherwise i just ordered one from hytech this week. bolt on vs. smsp's which requires some work to be put together. john's been awesome too, today he told me everything's done, he's just waiting for my header so that he can ensure 100% correct fitment for length. for hytech

Heh, if you think the Hytech is perfect... yeah... My roomie could vouch for it not being exactly perfect. Hangers busting multiple times... i myself had to dremel out the wideband holes since they were left too small. Lots of little things... and it is NOT as quiet as everyone says

Being said... for cost and quality... go with a kteller setup.

Do you have a sound clip of the Hytech at WOT with a test pipe and header please?

As for the rest of it ... I'm suprised to hear that. Any explanation for the failure of the hangars? Pics? Please tell us more.

yeah, I was thinking about getting his exhaust also. All he sells is magnaflow. I havent really heard of anyone using them... I am used to hearing the rice brands!

I want something that isnt going to look totally retarted like a big potatoe shooter (like I have now!) I want something clean and that fits right with the stock bumper.
