Default Oil on spark plug

Took off my spark plug wire and found oil on the thing that connects to the spark plug? Is that just a bad gasket O ring? Also theres oil coming out from the oil cap. wassups with that? is there something wrong?

Car is losing about 1 quart a week.

if theres oil on theplug wire it would leave me to believe that its a tube seal but i dont know if thats your only problem if your losing a quart a week

The oil on the plugs is definatly a sigh of shot tube seals. Is the o-ring still on the oil cap? If not that would explain the leaking cap. A qt a week is a problem, is your oil pan gasket leaking? Honda oil pan gaskets are known to not seal properly and cause leaks.
