I have a chance to get my hands on some 5Zigen Becket FN-01R 17's. They say they weight 14.6lbs each, which is less then the 15.5lb stock 92 GSR rims I am using now. The problem is, bigger rim will = more rubber which would mean more overall weight, right? Also, changing rim size will effect overall gearing as well, is this correct? How much of an effect (apporox) would putting these 17's on my car make?

 

17" is to big and will make a diffrence
