please help

Default please help

I just parked my car. it is making also sorts of noise sounds like its coming from the head its sounds like a bearing kinda of sound or somthing i am not sure. Anyone know what it could be? It is also leaking antifrease from the the block on the driver side.

Sounds from the head could be the valve lash is out of adjustment. The antifreeze leaking from the driver side of the block is the water pump.

You are going to need to replace the water pump as well as the timing belt.

If it turns out to be just the valve lash then that can be adjusted back to spec and the noise will diminish. It is hard to tell what exactly the noise is without being there. If you could describe the noise better that might help. Is it a ticking sound? A knocking sound? Marbles rattling in a can? etc
