Default For those that have had experience: tips on tuning Toda Spec A's

After about one freakin' year of having my mild NA setup, I'm finally making it to a dyno and tuning with either Uberdata or Crome, depending on what the guy tuning my car deems appropriate. Anyway, the dyno costs are a flat rate for a set amount of runs, and a certain fee for every run after that. To minimize the amount of runs needed, I'd like to know what these cams like as far as cam timing, spark, afr. I'm not tuning for peak whp numbers, but rather a fatty powerband...

-so far I've gathered from other posts that the intake cam takes a heavy advance (+5 degrees or so). Is there anything else I should know?
-Spark and A/F ratios.. what should I be looking thinking about in regards to both? I think my A/F from a street tune last summer is steady in the mid to low 13's. Could/should it be richer? leaner?

Setup:
B18C1 w/71XXX miles
Toda Spec A camshafts
ITR valvetrain
Skunk2 cam gears
Hondata IM gasket
AN-R IM
Ebay intake w/K&N filter
Dented DC JDM Header
2.5" Carsound Cat
Tanabe Racing Medallion

...sorry if this is a little wordy or nonsensical, it's like 5 AM and I've been doing homework since 6 PM the evening before. I really appreciate the help guys, thanks.
