I don't really know what port and polishing is. What is included in it and what do they do to your head? I appreciate any help

 

basically enlarging and smoothing the openings for the intake. it can also be done to the intake manifold ("port matching") and sometimes the exhaust mani. valves can also be ported. lots of info on this site. just use that search feature in the uper righthand corner. hth.
