i have a b20 that i put in my 95 civic. my problem is when i take it 4rpms full throttle it sputters out n wont go no where but if i half throttle it it goes to 7rpms. i have changed the ecu,spark plugs n wires, distributor, intake manifold ive pretty much chngd everything n it still runs the same if any1 has ne suggestions please let me knw

 

Try to recalibrate your tps sensor? I think this is your problem.

 

i put another tps sensor on and calibrated it to the right oems already
