searched i suck cam plug replace

ok im changing the cam plug the one close to the vtec selenoid, its a gsr. i already removed the valve cover, and the two screws were the cam plug goes, but i couldnt gte it off,

i took off the vtec selenoid off for more space but that didnt work either, plz help asap

i searched but it only explained what i already have done. I KNOW I SUCK.

The cam oil seal? Or just the oil plug on the passenger side of the engine on the exhaust cam?

Pasenger side. exhaust cam.

In the Helms it looks like theres just 2 clips on the inside of it that keep it from just sliding straight out. How exactly are you not able to remove it?
