I don't have a vin plate on mine either damm dealer rebuilds...

everyone has been really paranoid and pissed off around here due to the high number of thefts. HOWEVER, as bbasso mentioned, his tranny doesn't have a vin number due to a dealer rebuild. this motor appears to be a jdm motor because of the valve cover so if it is, it was bought from a distributor. never be too trusting, but i wouldn't quite give the thumbdowns yet.

 

Just because it is JDM doesn't mean it wasn't stolen out of another swapped car.

 

but he said so himself. a c5. its not a jdm. a legit c5 swap with no vin is as rare as a type r in newark, nj.

 

Nice hatch, reminds me of the EG that I built What kinda strut bar is that? Looks pretty beefy. What's your cardomain, me wants to check ur hatchy out. AND BLUR YOUR PLATES, UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO DONATE YOUR PARTS TO THEIVES!!!

me either, brand new from the dealer and no way to put my vin tag on, raised eyebrows from the law

I don't have a vin on mines either but then again I have a 00 CTR tranny.
