I just lowered my Civic 2 inches on "DropZone" springs.

Looking for a set of struts to replace the worn out stocks.


I'm on budget and the KYB GR-2's look pretty good, but want to get some input from you guys.

89 struts from an accord bolt in and are a little shorter than ef struts...but if you want to do it right get the kyb's you mentioned...koni's would probably ride a little better, and tokicko's are stiff as hell...but if you dropped your car that low, most aftermarket shocks would do little to dampen all the bumps around sactown...trust me, i know...i've gone through 3 sets of shocks and 5 sets of springs....hahaha....i'd recommend konis and eibach prokit springs for daily driving...

 

Wait, just to make sure, what year Civic do you have?

 

91, DX model

Not looking for anything extreme, and not an auto-x/racer.
Just a daily driver, commuter car.

Just looking for a decent ride at this lowered stance.
