pull the seats down first
on the sides are the hinges look down on teh sides and ull see there are clips get a pair of pliers and pull the clips out then push the seat towards the side where the clips are and the center will be loose and u can pull teh outside out of the car to. the lower part has one 10 mill bolt and it will lift out
