Default sleeved/bored b18 b20 question

is there a difference in the size of the waterjackets on the LS and b20? i know the only real difference is the bore size, but i wasnt sure if the LS would have less clearance once some bigger sleeves were added. (i live in TX where its hella hot and was concerned about overheating). the LS block would probably be cheaper/easier to find so thats why i was wondering. my goal is to get as much torque out of my setup as possible, so i was thinking about 85-86mm bore. i would like to get it resleeved first, get some quality rods/pistons, and probably add a tweeked b16 head in the near future. poss turbo in the distant future.

didnt find quite what i was looking for in the search, and DAMN there are a ton of threads about the same **** over and over . anyway any help/input would be awesome. thanks

No there isn't any real difference in the water jackets. If your sleeving anyway just go with the LS.Don't go wild with the compression ratio and you will be fine with water temp.s.
