quick question will a 94-95 accord motor go into a 92 dx, has this ever been done? i can get one of these for cheap and i am considering it because they are 2.2 liter and have decent specs. will the lx accord motor or even the ex vtec motor work well in my 92 dx? i was planning on swapping it in and then adding a custom turbo kit to produce some good numbers. if it does fit, then what mounts would i use and what else besides motor tranny ecu etc... will i need from an accord? thanks!

 

you use the same mounts as you would if you were to put in a H22. check Hasports site.

F22 + turbo will get you some very nice numbers.

 

expect to pay alot of money..

but ull have: MANY, MANY, ZOOM-ZOOM!!!

 

heres the link, we just did it in my buddys 4 door. yes you use the H22 mount kit but the tranny mount must be modded and wiring is a ****. also we are running an chipped LS ECU. accord intermediate shaft and 2G integra axels were used. the shifter requires the same modification as an h22
