Default 5th gen speaker problem

So i pulled the motor in the beginning of winter and around christmas time I put a battery back in the car and turned the radio on. Everything worked fine. I just recently put the battery in to do something and when I turned the radio on, The rear speakers arent working. What would cause this? Everything worked fine before. I thought that It could be a fuse, but I checked it all out and they are fine. Any ideas?

Wrong forum, but my guess would be, either the radio rear channels are fried. Problem with factory wiring, or the stock rear speakers on 5th gens, maybe 4th also.. You didnt mention which you have, but 5th gen rear speakers have a small crossover back there.

If you want my opinion, I rewired my entire audio system, get yourself a nice 4 channel amp, all new high quality speakers, and a good head unit, then do all new wiring...

PROBLEM SOLVED!

Really its just one of those things you gotta figure out.. Id try running temp wires to the rear speakers and intercept the rear speaker wires off the back of tha radio. If that doesnt work.. Your radio is f^&$ed. If it does, hide the wires, problem fixed.

Easy.
