i have the same cel and i was told yes...i have been driving around with it for over a month no real drop in performance i get maybe 1 less mpg per gallon. Cheapest i found for a new o2 sensor is $166 from AH. One of these days...

you guys might want to try looking for an o2 sensor at an autoshop, much cheaper!
