I heard NDRA had a new tech staff this year
You are correct. We will definately miss Emilio, Neil, Gene, and Mai, but the show must go on.

Thats good news..... long as the do ther job. Atleast pump the winners and my opinoin the top two should be checked. With all the excitment and long weekends I know it's more work but it sure is disapointing when you know someone is 80-90 lbs under weight, set new nhra et, win the race and don't even get pumped!
We just ordered our own set of Lonacre Scales with roll on and off ramps, we will even be able to tell corner weights and front and rear bias weights with the new scales.
I have in my hands a new Cubic Inch/Displacemet tester from Powerhouse motorsports, along with all new AN wrenches to break fuel lines loose if need be for testing.
All cars that set records will go through a comprehensive tech inspection, as well as all class winners.

haha....I can just see the lines at tech after each run; all the low budget teams adjusting their corners
Maybe you could make the scales available for use on Friday if someone does want to corner-weigh? Another service from the NDRA! I can just hear Glen cussing me now

Actually, I had already planned on teching some of the Pro cars on Friday and making the scales available for everyone to use.
Good idea though

Glad to see your ahead of the curve though......I think the new moves will greatly add to the credibility and smoothness of the NDRA!

Other than AZ, I am 99% sure we will be at the rest; she has an appearance scheduled in Florida that weekend. Its too bad that we will miss the race, but Spring Break in Florida is nothing to be upset about I guess.
Anything to keep me out of trouble......nothing too involved though.
