Default A/C Question

I was curious if taking out the A/C would increase horsepower a little bit. I know you loose a pretty good amount of weight, but is it really worth it? Also, is this an easy process and can someone give me driections or tell me how to do it or something? Thanks for the answers.

I heard you get 3-4 hp by removing the belt.
