92 z6 had a firewall mounted MAP... Found this out doing my friends B16 swap, I have been told that the 93 are the same and in 94 all Civics and Integra went to a TB mounted MAP

id just measure the ID and see if they are the same.. then its just your preference whether u want the TB mounted MAP or the firewall map sensor

the top one looks like a obd-0 tb and the bottom one a Z6 tb. if your map is not on your fire wall now just use the one with map on top. if it is on fire wall use the other.

I cant tell for sure but I looks just like the one on my old Z6. Its the same TB just no top mounted map not a big deal... If you useing this in a EF and I assuming that becuse you posted in the EF forum I would just use the First one. But like green91 said I would measure the id if there the same (and it should be) go with the first one.. But all you have to do is extend your map wires from the firewall to the tb to use the top mounted one

The best way to tell is to look on the back of the manifold. a DX says P06 and a Si/Ex reads P28. other than that they look nearly the same except for the runner size

"id" = Inside Diameter use a Set of Dial Calipers and Mesure the opening or turn the TB over and mesure the Butterfly

you could probably eyeball it with a tape measure and see if the inside diameter is close

they are the same. but what i am asking for is if the manifold itself is a z6....so basically do the Z6 manifolds have longer bigger runners then the DX. or are you saying if the TB matches then the manifold is a z6 thx
