Default Question about HF hubs?

Hey everyone, I just got my first EF hatch about 2 months ago and I bought a totaled CRX with a B16 swap. I did the swap a few weeks ago and It's done and ready to go but the only thing that I can't figure out.. The car will not move. What I mean is, the axle's are not moving at all. I know it's not the tranny because I could roll the CRX and it was fine. Im using HF hubs with 90-93 teg axle's is that a problem? Do I need SI hubs because they have a larger diameter? Is there a ring on the inside of a HF hub that can be removed to allow a larger axle ? I swapped hubs from the CRX and bought new axles. Im really confused on how to get the car to move. I can't even turn the hubs without the wheels on. Any help on this topic would be great
Thanks

Tabias

thats weird that they fit, hf and si/dx hubs have differnet amounts of splines.

both sides wont spin?

remove the metal dust ring from inside the hub where the CV joint sits and remove the rubber/vinyl seal from the stepped part of the CV joint - they are binding up

I did, thats why they fit. So there is a dust ring on the innerside of the hub?

Only one ring or what?

if your using teg axels and hf hubs you probably ruined your teg axels
i would think you had to have really beat them in?!

what is this you are showing? i never took any ring off the axle, should this be removed also? i do tend to have a lot of vibrating/noise when my wheel turns from left to right. could this cause that?

Have you taken off your brake calipers during the whole swap process? If so, you may have put the bolts, on the back of the caliper( 17mm ) on without the washers, which would cause the bolts to rub against the brake rotor. If that is the case your car aint rolling nowhere.

wow guys you have really helped me out a lot, to be honest Im not quite sure what hubs im using. All I did was take them off the CRX that had the B16 in it and put the hubs on my hatch. Then I bought 90-93 intergra axle's. I didn't know about that ring on the hub and axle it's slef. They will come off this weekend. and I will also check the 17mm bolt that holds the calipar to the kuckle it's slef.
Thanks
Tabias

You have the proper hubs then. HF hubs would not work with B-series axles because the splines are different. You must have Si/DX hubs.

That is an ABS ring, which is not needed on our cars. If the Teg had ABS, it will come with that ring you see in the pic.
