99 Si brakes on a EG

I put a 99 Si front brake set up on my DX EG but I cant get the pressure to build up any body know why this was

did you bleed your brake lines? if you did, you need to do it again until all the air is out of lines.

do you have rear disc?

no I still have hubs on the rear and I bleed the brakes about 10 times Ive done brakes many times and have never had any problems thats why it baffled me thanks
