Yes the dx/si axles are the same. Is your trans a 4spd now? If so you will need to chang your hubs to dx/si hubs.

Well then its not a dx..Its a standard model..
So you'll need si/dx hubs

Yes you will need dx/si hubs to run the larger dx/si axles. Right now you have the STD model not a dx.

Yes you will. I'll trade you a stock header for your upper part of your header and a set of control arms/hubs&gt;

just kidding, I dont have the hubs anymore , took them to the junkyard the other day w/ the civic

Dont worry though it is only like 9 bolts per side to change the arm/hub

Dx has 90hp and comes either 5spd or auto
Dx comes standard with 2 mirrors

Std has 72hp and only comes 4spd manual
Std comes standard with only 1 mirror..The other mirror was an add-on

Dx models have a dx badge on the rear..
Std models have civic written in the center of the taillights with no badge on the rear like the dx..

Dx has cloth interior
STD has those ugly vinyl seats

Dx has a console around the shifter
Std has no console..Its just the shifter sticking out of the floor

Both are 1.5l d15b1/2..The std has less hp because of the restrictor plate on the throttle body..
Both have dual point fuel injection..I have to be honest you should think about converting to multi point,..Give you a much better platform..

Theres some more diferences..Search

You are very wrong mr speaker:

Some DX's that I HAVE SEEN do indeed have the little console around the ebrake

Some DX's did have only a plastic little console around the ebrake<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Mr.speaker &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Theres some more diferences..Search</TD></TR></TABLE>

And the restrictor plate people talk about isn't a restrictor plate, it is your vaccum advance diaphragm plate, which moves the diaphragm.

Other differences are t he shitty *** B1 cam which stops making power at about 4000 rpm

I never said anything about the plastic around the e-brake..
