Found Another Stolen ITR in the Bronx
More details to come. I was getting cash at my bank and went down a back road in Co-op City and a PY ITR sitting there. Looks like in pre-stripped condition. It is banged up though. I just called cops, they put me on hold and seemed dissinterested. I have to run to Church service now...I am getting my digicam and taking pics later tonight. Too bad I left my cell phone at work, or I would of called cops from the location. Stay tuned.

about to leave now....this is the second ITR I have found, but two to three other friends (including me) had their ITR's stolen. So that is about five ITR's....
What alot people don't realize is that some of the Bronx is quiet residential streets or undeveloped streets. You can almost build a building with tons of noise and noone will notice !!
In fact, in my back yard I have seen prairie hawks, pheasants, rabbits, raccoons, snakes, blue jays, cardinals, etc. (yes in the Bronx).
Ok, be back in about three hours.....

Man that sucks. Some poor guy must be sick to his stomach knowing his car is gone.
On a separate note, I wonder what happens to the shell? I want to buy a shell, but not damaged. Wonder if I can contact an insurance company a inquire about purchasing one?

then people wonder.. why the hell are ITR owners getting rid of their cars.. 
why have it when you cant enjoy it.. go to the movies with GF.. you might as well let her watch the movie while you set up a snipe post on top of the movie theater and camp the night away!

Does anyone know if New Mexico is a dangerous place for an itr getting stolen?

I took some pics. They are not great quality, because honestly it is night and I was nervous. They put four lugs on the car, a crap fender and bumpers. The interior is gutted, but surprisingly the airbags are still intact. Since the airbags are there, it must be stolen for a swap.

Wow, I didn't even notice the tail lights. I just don't understand it. To go thru all the trouble. I will definitely have a long prayer tomorrow morning.

Thats really messed up, those pics make me sick to my stomach, I hate theives man...just gotta watch out for them.
When you go to race track events, watch out for who's eyeing your car
When you park on the street always look behind you and dont leave the car unattended for too long
Eventually I believe that all car theives will get what they deserve....they got something bad coming to them

People that do this type of thing should be stripped and gutted for a "Swap" and left lying somewhere.
