My jdm h22 has around 60-80k Im guessing, crower says its ok to use stock springs with stock rev limiter, would you do valvesprings anyway?

Anytime you upgrade camshafts it is worth the springs/retainers as cheap insurance IMO. And as long as you upgrade those I would go for a a higher stage cam than stage 1, especially since you have the JDM engine at 10.6:1CR.

you think 10.6:1 is enough for stage 2 cams?

Not Skunk2 stage 2's but it would be fine for Crower's IMO.
