how much gain should i recieve from 403's ?

all i have right now is intake,headers,exhaust,light weight flywheel and a stage 1 clutch. just simple stuff, so im thinkin bout goin and doin some internal work now. im not really leaning towards porting and polishing my head because i still want it to be smogable. and if it doesnt smog i can always put stock stuff back in like that, but i cant go back on port n polish. so give me your input. and what else eill i need if i get the cams, like what other parts for reliability.
I have a semi ported head for an LS. already has the valve springs and retainers, if you want it PM me I want 300 for it plus shipping, but you will only see about a 12-15 hp gain with those cams if that, remember that retainers, and springs are not power adders, just support. Get a good flowing intake mani, and a header with 2.5 collector and a 2.5 catback, and you will see some high end gains. The good thing about those cams is they can be used for boost too.
before you get cams i would get a s2 or blox mani, apexi afc or some other piggyback or stand-alone computer, & if you have vtec - a chipped p28 ecu with better fuel curves & no power drop when secondaries are supposed to open
& if you do the intake mani you will need type r throttle cable & bracket and then you should get a larger throttle body. and if you are putting cams in, you might as well do cam gears so you can tune em better.. then if you are gonna do cam gears you should do a timing belt while you're there.. and water pump
