all you have to do with the clip is just switch out firewalls thats it..... i mean for importing it going to cost you ruffly around 10g's inless you got hook-ups....i would just say either convert or just leave ur car ***-is

If you switch firewalls you still need to use aftermarket mounts. Their are shells out there but VERY hard to find. I just got this 90 Sir glasstop for a good friend. It was pretty much complete, except exhaust (he put a Tanabe RM on), and battery.
Nothing like the real thing!

Stick with a RHD if you can find one!

the converting process is an adventure in welding.... lots of labor hours.
getting the real thing, start making friends who import cars... and if you do get one, very few companies will insure an impoted car.
theres also alterations to be made to make it street legal here in the usa.
search, people have asked this a lot before on here.

Get one shipped into Canada. OR find one there. Go up there with a car trailer, a closed top one, not a tow dolley. Pick it up, when they ask what you have in the back, declare it as a "race/track car only" or parts. Then switch all visible VIN's with a USDM Crx. Several people have done it with S13/14's and Skylines. Or just remember this, only 30% of the Canadain boarder is covered by guards.
This is quite possibly the cheapest way to do it.
