Ive been trying to figure this one out for a while and i just dont get it. Here is the problem. Sometimes my afc will not power up when i try to start the car, but sometime it will. Ive checked all my wiring with the afc and it is fine. Ive double checked everything. Is there anything else that would cause this problem? Sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesnt. Its just kinda annoying when i dont even bother to look at the afc and i try to start my car and it instantly floods the engine

with most electrical items it usually a short, or poor ground. Otherwise I would say the VAFC is defective...good luck

 

do you think it could be the main relay?
