At what point do you upgrade your injectors?

Goal is 210-220 whp all motor. I'll have mild cams in the next few months, and probably be in the 180-190whp range then. I'll also be running a VAFC-2, which will be my fuel control for now.
At what point is it a good idea to dump the stock injectors and go bigger? Does anyone know what 80% with the stock injectors and stock fuel pump equates out to as far as whp? And what is the size of the stock injectors on a '99 US model H22?

i THINK (not sure) that the stock h22 injectors are running at close to 100% duty cycle at redline, so they should be upgraded for your setup.
At 80% duty cycle you need to upgrade your injectors. Check out http://www.rceng.com for the injector duty cycle calculation. You can always up your fuel pressure of course for a litle more flow but you probably won't need to.
The stock 99's are a 290cc. With 190whp you'll be fine with stock injectors. When you go for 220whp I hope to god you get rid of the afc.

Not to jack your thread, but I have a similar question for HT. Would the stock injectors that came with my JDM h22a be sufficient with say... [overestimating] 230 whp on a N/A setup? If not, what size injectors would be good? Does my h22 use saturated injectors too?

That's why I asked if anyone knew what it would be running at 80% since I know that is the limit of safe running ..... I was trying to get a sense of what was the max I could expect running the stock system.
And yes ....... I'll be running Hondata once I get to that range.
I figured it was in the 290cc range, I remember back in the R days that some of the guys would use Prelude injectors over the stock injectors for a mild upgrade (R's had 270 I believe, it's been awhile).
I've bought RC injectors before, back in the day when I started tuning/modding my Miata (back in '97), I picked up some 290's because some mechanic said I was probably running lean. On an all motor Miata that was barely cranking out 112 whp .... yeah, running lean ........
Man I've come a long way in my knowledge since then! Good thing I didn't install them ........ ended up selling them on EBay after I bought the R and sold the Miata to my Dad (after which I installed the JR supercharger on it, and it STILL didn't need injectors ........).
