yeah, same questions - why reinstall the seats? i can understand putting the plastic back it to keep the noise level down, but why not wrap your seats up and put them in a protected place?
focking good blow by blow report though! great job! aleph, you have the exact set up i want: evo 2 seats with a 4pt rollbar!!!

Seats have to be in for CSP class in Solo II, otherwise they'd be gone...and will be eventually, but for now, they're gonna stay. And you've go the numbers a bit wrong monkey_truckR, Instead of Evo2 seats, i have one Evo seat
ahhh, you're a smart one, mr aleph. it's been so long since my last loop around the cones that i didn't even think about staying legal. haha, 1 evo seat; i will have 1 evo2 seat. so far money has prevented me from moving out of gstock.
I got your e-mail and I just flipped through the pics real quick 'cause I'm tired. Looks really good
Thanks for the plug in the intro
Check your e-mail, and I'll try to get back to you tomorrow.

Did your bar come with that Autopower sticker? Mine didn't, but I got the unpainted bar.

thx for compliments everyone, D yelled at me for cutting the carpet like i did, but he's just jealous cuz all he has is some ricey autopower gauges
(And a toda clutch/flywheel...and JDM final drive...and lots of other stuff...and he's gonna build a full custom cage that will make me green with envy...i'm going to have to cut his carpet to spite him....fuqr..)
It came with the autpower sticker, which will soon be covered in foam
. Might only come with the painted bars, or maybe they've started something new. I also got some racer wholesale stickers today with my harness...i'm gonna have to buy more magnetic sheeting so i can cover the car completely!
...again, glad you're all checkin it out, we love site traffic

What the hell... Honda dosen't paint their chasis' inside anymore?
Is the paint too heavy for an ITR or too expansive for Honda?
-Kamil, who think quality on some new Hondas been getting crappy comapred to just a few years back.

Hey scott, that looks good. Next time you come over to Akron I'll have to check that out in person. I thought about putting one of those in sometime. Looks like a bit of a chore, but doable with a pal or two. Thanks for the write up.
Hey Aleph -
Looks nice!! I see the Type R has been getting some improvements over winter. Look forward to seeing you at autox or maybe Nelson's this year!

I should mention, the total time for the install from start to finish was probably 4 hours of working at a non-rushed pace alone, with an extra hand needed in a few places...D will tell you, i'm pokey (didn't want to drill any extra holes, as it were). Add another hour to get the interior in and out, and it's totally doable in a single day, with breaks etc. Really not difficult, I'd recommend this mod without hesitation to anyone who tracks, and pretty much anyone could do this (if i can...)
