ive got a dynojet jet kit on my 900rr w/ a full two brothers exhaust and you can tell a difference in speed. Obviously not insanely faster when i put the jet kit in but noticeable. How educated are you at carbs/bikes in general b/c its not really that hard to install and most definately worth the money if you are looking to get a simple mod to start off w/.

I had a K&N and a slip-on on my ZX-7 and it didn't really make any noticable differnce at all, it made alot of noise and once i put the K&N in i could feel a noticable differnce in throttle controll...it was smoother, but the slip-on didn't make any differnce except noise....

i have the slip on already on and the filter in. I am trying to get my carbs to be where they need to be.

my bike is a pain in the *** to start when its cold. I believe if I get the proper jetting in it would start easier and run better.

to my knowledge it still has the stock jetting in. I am not looking for power, but a better tuned engine.

with all the parts in the dyno jet kit, it sounds like it might be a giid thing just to replace the jets, and needle valves..

Get the factory pro jet kit if you are going to jet your bike. I had a dynojet on my f1 , f2, and my f3. I switched the f3 to factory pro. The factory pro is better quality. They were all jetted by previous owners....

Also, the f1/f2/f3/f4 have been shown to actually put out more power with the stock air filter than the k&n filter. The only nice thing about the k&n is the fact that it is reusable so you dont have to keep buying new filters.

That being said, my f3 has a factory pro jet kit with k&n filter and full two bros carbon exhaust. The 929 has a dynojet powercommander and stock air filter and hindle titanium full system.

where would i find one of these "factory pro" kits?

and yeah i think i might switch back to the stock filter., but we'll see

**edit** i found the site http://www.factorypro.com

did you use the config. 10 kit?
http://66.47.68.116/products/carb10series.html

that is the one I am leaning towards.
